This isn’t your average “get sweaty and go home” class. This is real strength, real performance, and real results. We combine resistance band training, partner drills, and cutting-edge functional fitness to push your body in all the right ways.

Resistance bands are used solo and with teammates to build explosive power, sharp movement, and full-body control. But that’s just the beginning. The heart of the class lies in our kettlebell plyometrics—dynamic, high-output movements that build serious strength, endurance, and knockout power. These aren’t random exercises. Our coaching is personal, intentional, and focused on helping you build real, functional athleticism. You’ll move better, strike harder, and feel stronger than ever. But we don’t stop there!

We bring in BOSU Ball training to challenge your balance, coordination, and core strength. From one-legged squats to inverted BOSU push-ups, you’ll target deep stabilizing muscles most workouts ignore. It’s total-body conditioning that sharpens every edge of your game. This class gives you true conditioning—not just for fighters, but for anyone who wants to be powerful, agile, confident, and feel dangerous.
