Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or just looking for a killer workout, this is the perfect place to start. Muay Thai—also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”—teaches you how to use your fists, elbows, knees, and shins as powerful tools for striking. It’s one of the most effective and respected striking arts in the world, and we break it down, in fine detail.

You’ll start by learning the fundamentals—basic punches, stance, footwork, and movement. From there, we build you up progressively: adding kicks, elbows, and knees, giving you a full arsenal over time. Classes focus on drilling basics, learning proper technique, and building confidence. We work on cardio, pad combos, partner drills, and technique breakdowns—not just crash-and-bang. It’s structured, but fun.

This class isn’t just for first-timers. Even if you’ve been training for a few years or more, Beginner Muay Thai Class is a great space to sharpen your fundamentals, tighten up your technique, and get in a great workout. It’s cardio-heavy—but manageable—and an awesome way to build your gas tank without being overwhelmed. We finish most classes with core work, and you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and part of something bigger.
